I wanna lose my weight...I'm doing 500 rope skipping everyday since 1 month and also 1 hr walk .I have purely homemade food like chapati bhaji 3 times a day and nothing else So my question is how much calories are burnt by doing rope skipping and is it enough to do 500 jumps or should I do more??

Any general plan won't work if it's not according to your eating pattern. Exercise should be effective and progressive so select accordingly. Over doing exercise and doing only one particular exercise also does not give results Balanced meal and exercise has to be properly planned for a sustainable weight loss Calories burning is good but equally how much you lost is also important and if you are nutritionally deficient you will not attain weight loss

Don't take only chapattis,take lots of vegetables,fruits, sprouts everyday. Substitute millets for rice. 500 jumps? at a time is not advisable ,instalment of 100 jumps once or twice a day is enough.
