Skipping rope for fitness
Hi, I have a question on skipping rope exercise for women. I am 26 years old and I am not pregnant. I have heard mixed advice from people - some say it is a cheap yet good way to fitness unless you are pregnant, and others claim that there can be ill effects on your breasts and uterus. Can anyone please clarify these claims? Thanks in advance.
