With out any diagnose we can say any thing..better way consult nearest best dietician, compair to weight loss weight gain  difficult process. It not just eating more calories, u have to correct your eating patterns, eating gosls with proper healthy dish.u hv to improve your digetion level also, need few exercises which helping in digetion and creating carving of new intake.check full body check up may be same illness going on..please once consult with dietician/doctor.
