Hi , doctor I am 58 kgs,and my height is158 cm how can I loss my weight plz help me and am taking lemon honey i n the morning,at evening I will take green tea also at night I will take 2 chapati, afternoon 250grms rice I will take but how can I weight loss

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you.

Hi, As you have mentioned that your weight is 58kgs and height is 158 cms... So u r near to ur ideal body weight...u need to loose 5 kgs more to be in ur ideal body weight range.... So this last part of ur weight will be difficult for u to lose... Also if u have tried and list weight earlier this weight loss will be a slower process... I need to know ur past diet history and weight loss history, ur past medical history, your daily routine, exercise pattern if any...etc...

Its necessary to follow a healthy lifestyle as fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add more fluids whole day.
