My age is 30 and I lost 10 kgs in entire 2023 year. Earlier I was 98 and now it's 88kg. I did not join any gym or yoga.. Just walked 10km daily in chunks l... Since January 2024, my weight has got stuck to 88kg. Following the same routine and diet. Taking thyroid tablet and it is in normal range. I can experience inches loss but not weight loss from past 2 months. I am also facing infertility due to low Amh... It's not pcod.. please guide how to reduce weight
