How much weight can I lose if I cut out rice & sugar + milk products for the next 30 days. I'm currently 65 kgs and 5'1. Want to lose weight as I'm facing health issues due to this

Cutting off same food is not proper way to loose weight...u should choose balance diet with low carb low sugar, low fats olis along few exercises..if possible go weight loss journey under a nutritionist/dietician, so u can fast cover from your helth issues also...may be u will lose weight with any type of diet..but without guidance we dont know its safe or not.

If your intake of sugar milk and rice was on the higher side than you will be able to loose 3-5 kgs in a month.. but if you already eating small Portion then just doing this will not give great results.
