Hello dear Yes you can have Oats But with banana you can't have If you want to loose your weight banana is not a good option. You can take any fruits ( except  banana , Grapes , Mango and custard apple)

you can eat outs, now days fiber oats is available in market, that u can eat, and banana can eat but its mostly good /effective in weight gain, if possible stop banana, instead of banana add more fiber food, fruits, veg salads, split pulses (legumes) preparation ,sprouts,..etc.
