Hi, can u suggest me diet plans to lose belly fat and maintain overall health n stamina without gym or yoga .. hear a lot about keto diet, I have other health issues as well (low immunity, low stamina, lack of vitamins) join pain n weakness .. can I opt for keto diet ?

Don't use short cut way for reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food. For increasing immunity & stamina increase vitamin rich diet & protein rich diet.
