Weight loss using diet
I am gaining a lot of weight recently due to no exercise and no control over food consumption. Although I don't eat much. I have no physical issues but a desk job which leads to more muscle gain around hip area. I want to lose my arm and thigh fat. And in general, overall weight. All my tests have good results. 5 years ago, I had lower back pain issues. Now, it's all good. How can I lose weight? Please suggest dietary measures and that too mostly in a month.

It's good to hear that your medical tests are showing positive results and that you have recovered from your lower back pain issues. When it comes to weight loss, especially in a short period like a month, it's important to approach this goal with healthy and sustainable methods. Considering your desk job and the weight gain you've described, here are some dietary measures you could start with: 1. Controlled Portions: Stick to smaller, well-balanced meals to prevent overeating. 2. Nutrient-Dense Foods: Focus on a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains. 3. Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help manage hunger and hydration. 4. Reduce Junk Food: Cut down on sugary snacks and high-calorie, low-nutrient foods. 5. Meal Timing: Eat at regular intervals and don't skip meals, especially breakfast. 6. Healthy Snacking: Opt for snacks like nuts, seeds, and yogurt instead of processed foods. 7. Consultation: For a personalized diet plan, consider booking a one-on-one session.
Health Tips
1. **Set Realistic Goals**: Aim for a gradual weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week. 2. **Focus on Fiber**: Include plenty of fiber-rich foods in your diet to help keep you full and satisfied. 3. **Protein Intake**: Ensure adequate protein in your diet to maintain muscle mass and promote satiety.
