For reducing belly fat follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and workout early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in your diet,add more fruits and vegetables in your diet. For belly fat and extra weight of buttoks will not go easily..need special guidance and observation.mostly can follow low calorie diet exercises for stomach with balance diet.can stat jogging also drink more fluids. And if possible consult with your dietician/Nutritionist.
