Iam planning to loose weight and iam under obese category 2 i have heard of getting loose skin when more weight is reduced.How is it possible to reduce weight without getting loose skin.

U take plenty of vegetables,fruits,sprouts daily Drink enough fluids,buttermilk water,tendercoconut water. Substitute millets for rice. Walk.yogaexercise for an hour everyday Avoid fastfood,bakeryfood,spicy oily food,nonveg.

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet exercise and Walk early morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add planty of water. Avoid oily and fried food.
