Hi dear ...Loosing weight post pregnancy depends on lots of factors ..Like one should be absolutely free of any medical complications secondly how much time has passed since one had her C-section . Although one should have fiber rich  food which consists of whole wheat , Green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits....Also 30-35 mins walk everyday will help in gradual reduction of weight gained during pregnancy .

Yes.u can lose ur weight. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts. Eat millets for rice./wheat Walk,yoga,exercise for an hour everyday. Avoid fastfood,bakeryfood,spicy oily foods. Drink enough water,buttermilk.

Hi! Please AVOID taking any medication or supplement for weight loss, specially if you are breastfeeding your baby. It is important to start slowly with weight loss- drink 3 litres of water daily, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables with meals, cut down on oily - high fat foods, start brisk walking everyday, can do it at home and avoid going out due to the lockdown. It is not difficult to lose weight after a c section , but it must be done correctly and not through short cuts. A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan that works.
