No don't do this for reducing weight. Take three main meals and two small meal. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fluids whole day.
