Weakness, frequent urine, neck skin burn
For the past 2 weeks, I have been feeling a burning sensation on the right side of my neck, as if the skin is burning from inside.
For the last 3 days, I have been urinating frequently. My urine is yellow in color. Since yesterday, I have also had a scratchy/sore feeling in my throat, with mild pain while swallowing saliva.
Since the day before yesterday, I have been having mild stomach discomfort and slight pain. I also have mild chest pain that comes and goes.
Also i feel weakness from last 3 days
