Hi Your current weight is 84 kgs so your BMI is 32.8 which means you are overweight so don't be disheartened you can have your weight between 50 to 63kg which can be achieve very easily. Keto diet low carb diet they can help but they are not long lasting. Our Indian diet is a complete diet which can help to reduce your weight but should be followed by proper diet chart and workouts.
