Hi The walking do have lot of health benefits apart for providing the weight loss. If you just wanna maintain your health and weight then you can do 15 to 20 minutes walk at one stretch but if you have to lose weight you have to do mininun 40 minute activity as after 30 minutes after the body Enter The fat burning zone. 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening will not provide you so much health benefits than doing the walk as a stretch for a longer time in in a provide. Hi, Walk is a form of cardiovascular activity which is very good for the heart and lungs. It also improves blood supply to each cell of the body. Any activity should be done for atleast 30-40 mins as the first 20 mins is just warm up. Fat loss starts after 20 mins. Also at once and not divided like morning and evening.
