Hi, i have checked for vitamin D levels and came as 7ng/ml. Can I take vitamin d3 tablet 60k once in a week for two months?

Vitamin -D deficiency is quiet obvious ... You can do 1 thing Please take Inj. Arachitol--I/M--stat 2 doses 15 days , apart..... Meanwhile start with oral supplements like sach. Cholecalciferol -60k -once a week..for 3 months and then recheck the levels..

Yes you can take the tablets till levels normalise. Dairy products, eggs and fish contain high levels of vitamin D which can be incorporate into your diet.
