U have vit d deficiency. Take Vit d3 60,000 units once a week, for 6 weeks. Get proper sun exposure in the morning sunlight. Take diet rich in vit d like meat, eggs, paneer, ragi, curd, spinach. Get tested for Vit d after completing the medication course

First you need exposure to sunlight from 9 am to 3 pm.. Add nuts, milk, fishes, chicken, badam,... You also need medications vitamin d3 60,000 weekly once for 6 weeks. Then check your vitamin d level again
