Here is the general information on Vitamin B12. Our digestive system (small & large intestine) produces some amount of vitamin B12 with the help of Good microbes in Gut. However, we require food also to meet the daily requirements of vit B 12. Some food we usually recommend are nutrition yeast, milk and milk products like curd, egg, meat.. sometimes it is quite possible that even Non - Vegetarian person may lack Vit B12 due to some absorption issues in such situations or when it's really less time for production and then absorption of this micronutrient. I recommend vit B12 injections whose dosage and duration is designed on your blood report. The injection is taken weekly once for 8 weeks in one year or as per Doctor's advice. Vit B12 injections are best to recover from low B12 levels. However, to avoid over dose or side effects consult an experienced practitioner before taking any action. This is risky if done without supervision
