Hello , I am 20 years old male of 5.7 feet height having only the weight of 45 kg I've never been in a normal weight since my childhood so what could be the possibilities and how can i grow normal weight according my age ? Thank you for you anticipation

Would like to know about your parents stature and structure. Were they underweight too during your age? You need to have good nutritious meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Have a heavy n filling dinner. Including rice, roti, dal, meat, and sabji. Drink milk and it's products daily.
