I have lean pcod so i dont take sugar and carbs little only through roti. Small portion of rice only. My problem is nobody even doctors dont talk about lean pcod case , everybody talks about overweight pcod condition.
My personal problem is , if i try to gain weight my harmones get disbalanced . How can i gain weight in my case. My weight falls so quickly if i start running to activate lower abdomen . If i dont do my pcod is back .
I need to gain weight but i cant eat that actually helps in gaining weight. I m stressed. I eat simple food , no fast food . 😦

In general May be high protein and low carb diet will help u but i m not sure..so consult with proper clinical history + ur lief style +stress level...may be due to slow digetion, lower absorption u r not getting enough energy or may be u r under any pressure or tention...so better way consult with dietician/Nutritionist. Definitely they will help you.

Gain weight can be difficult for some people. With a few changes, you can gradually reach a healthy weight.
Being underweight could mean you are missing out on vitamin and minerals.
Tips to help you gain weight:
1. Gain weight gradually by adding healthy calories- adults could try to adding around 300-500 extra calories a day.
2. Eat smaller meals more often, adding healthy snacks between meals.
3. Add extra calories to your meals with cheese, nuts and seeds.
4. Have high calorie drinks in between meals, such as milkshakes.
5. Have a balanced diet- choose from variety of foods groups, such as fruits and vegetables, starchy carbs and dairy and alternatives.
6. Add protein in between meals with beans, pulses, fish and eggs and lean meat.
7. Build muscle with strength training or yoga exercise can also help improve your appetite.
Don’t:
Do not rely on chocolate, cakes and sugary drinks to gain weight.
Do not fill up drinks before eating meals.
My adding some weight training and focusing on low carb and high protein with minimal fats
That will help you a lot and lower your stress doing meditation
