For gaining weight follow three main  things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening ,which increase your metabolism. don't skip your breakfast which increase your appetite. take high calorie and  rich protein in your diet. add wm good  fat in your diet. avoid oily and fried food fast food preservative food.

For gaining weight,  you can consider these suggestions : 1. Maintain meal gaps: take small and frequent meals every 2-3 hours. 2. Walk after every meal for 15-20 minutes, it will boost up your metabolism and you will be able to consume sufficient food. 3. Include dates and figs in your diet. 4. Make rotis out of (50% wheat+ 50% besan) 5. Drink 2-3 litres of water everyday.

Greetings for the day!!    We need to know if your genetic type is like that or have u lost weight due to any deficiency or medical condition first to plan the best diet plan. Kindly contact directly for a detailed menu plan.
