Unable to fall asleep
Hi whenever I try to fall asleep my body jerks and just when I'm about to fall asleep i feel I'm losing control of my body, my blood pressure also drops. Please tell a solution.

These are normally found in 60-70% of people. These are called 'Hypnagogic Jerks', or more commonly known as 'Sleep Starts'. There could be a sensation of falling or losing control over your body.
