First of all We are not going to treat your reports . We are going to treat you as a whole. This reports can't decide the treatment plan . Consult a physician and with a proper history and examination he may able to give you a solution. For you weight gain based on your reports, Thyroid issues may not be a reason since this TSH values are affected by Fasting samples and food intake , lab to lab variation can be seen. And also if this is accurate, there is no need to start any thyroid treatment for this. Take good quantity of protein in your diet with 1g/kg per day Stop all forms of sugars. Weight training 30mins /day for 3 times per week. Walking 45mins per day for 5 day per week will help you reduce weight. And weight gain can also have other causes., which are have to evaluated.

You have mild hypothyroidism and are at greater risk for cardiovascular disease. Start tab thyronorm 50microgram daily and repeat thyroid function tests after 6 weeks. Please share other details of  any comorbidity,  meds taken, any health issue. Consult  me online with details .

Please seek a proper consultation with a General Physician in your area. You have Hypothyroidism but gaining 20 kg in six months may not be explained by a mild Hypothyroidism.

Hypothyroidism. Start thyronorm 50 mcg one before breakfast in empty stomach for 2 months. Add calcium as thyroxine is calcium depleting agent so bones become weak. Add walk as an exercises. Crp suggest  inflammation in body.  U need to consult a DIATICIAN  FACE TO FACE  WITH REPORT.

Don’t start any Thyroid Medications after reading the comments This TSH level is not a alarming issue to start on Thyroid supplementation Kindly get a FT3 FT4 Level done along with Fasting repeat TSH level to be sure it’s not related to thyroid You can also get Lipid Profile done with KFT And LFT First we can rule out non organic causes of increased weight like • Increased calorie intake (more snacking, sugar, junk food) • Lack of exercise or sedentary routine • Stress eating or emotional eating • Alcohol or sugary drink consumption Even a daily surplus of 500 kcal can cause ~2 kg/month gain. It can also be due to Fluid Retention (Not True Fat Gain) • Kidney disease • Heart failure • Liver disease (cirrhosis, low albumin) • Certain medications (e.g., steroids, NSAIDs, hormonal treatments) If weight gain is sudden and associated with swelling (especially in legs or face), it’s likely fluid. It can also be PCOS - polycystic ovarian syndrome (common in females)- Do you have Irregular periods, acne, hair growth, insulin resistance for which you can get HbA1C and Serum Testosterone levels and a Ultrasound of Abdomen and pelvis to see Fibroids and Consult a Gynecologist To summarise Check Diet/lifestyle- Obvious changes, sedentary habits Then we will rule out - Hormonal cause (e.g., hypothyroidism, PCOS)- Symptoms + weight gain Check for any Fluid retention like Puffy face, swollen legs Then Medications- was there any recent drug changes or medications you have been taking Last but not the least Mental health - Stress eating, binge eating these things can also be a cause
