HIgh TSH & AMA ; Normal T3,T4 , FT3, FT4
My husband is having TSH : 10.06 & Antimicrosomal Antibody : 88. Free T3 / T4 & total T3/T4 are within reference range. Can you explain what's this disease exactly & what medical treatment he needs?

It's autoimmune hypothyroidism. Gradually as the disease progresses his TSH may go up. He should be started on small dose of Thyroxin
