To decrease your triglyceride level have more of salads, vegetables and fresh fruits.
Cut down on fat, oily stuff and processed, packaged, ready to eat foods.
Watch your portion size while eating, eat slowly and mindfully. Do not drink water along with food to improve digestion.
Eat your dinner by 7.30 pm and walk for 15 minutes after dinner.
Exercise daily or walking for at least 40 minutes every day.
