Since you can't go to the dentist immediately, start with some rinses using warm water and salt.
Also for severe pain you can take 2 tabs of ketorol Dt mixed in half glass of water

If just pain .. you can take aceclofenac- p or ketorol Dt
Gargle with warm salt water ..
Try oral rinsing with some clove oil

I think you should restrict to only paracetamol, I e take Dolo 650 mg three or four times a day after food. And if the pain persist, then we can add antibiotic. But DO NOT take any anti inflammatory right now owing to high risk of covid9.
Hi, if you are not allergic to diclofenac or paracetamol then you can take Tablet Enzoflam 3 times a day for 3 days. With that, you can do warm saltwater rinse.
