Hello, My tummy is increasing day by day. I do treadmill almost thrice a week. Should I take fat burner as well. Hope no side effects!!

For reducing tummy fat apply oil and gel for massage and cream for tightening on flabby part along with follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Do tummy exercise.

Hello ... Before giving you any advice I whould like to know your measurements and your eating pattern ... As you said you do treadmill thrice a week ... I would suggest you to include rest other forms of excercise also ... Core excercises specially formulated for tummy area like pushups , sit-ups which will strengthen the muscles and help you reduce your waistline .... Fat burner for me is a big no-no , We as Indians have so many herbs in nature which are so good as fat burners why use any other medicinal source .... You should keep a check on your diet have a balanced diet and control the portion size here I can advice you 1 more thing early in the morning when you wake up have a pinch of cinnamon powder with a glass of leukwarm water ... Please consult for further with all the details ...

As per your above questions here you go! Tummy is problem of most of the population. The cause of this is your lifestyle and eating patterns. Doing 2 hours of workout and then not keeping your plate balanced will ruin your efforts completely making you more demotivated. Fat burner pills is not solution for lifetime. In bonus it will give you long term side effects which may be irreversible. Instead focus on good lifestyle and eating pattern.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you.

Need more detail about your daily routine, your food habit, height, weight and medical history. Do 30 minutes regular tummy exercise. Drink 4 litres water in a day. 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. No. Start doing regular exercise  and take balance diet strictly avoid junk food . Take direct consultantion through my practo profile..and provide full information you did not provide your basic information also like height weight etc.
