Do you know thyroid can be reversed if your TSH levels are high and T3 and T4 are low.
Change your salt from Tata iodized salt to rock salt for daily cooking purposes.
You can eat all vegetables but eat cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, soya products etc in small portions.
Increase your physical activity and focus on reducing your weight.
Avoid cruciferous veggie like cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage and limit with soya and soya products.
Exercise regularly for 20 min atleast .
Avoid processed,fried ,bakery food and simple carbs.
