Yes, it is normal in ur test and If you want to maintain ur weight & ur other problems follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening.

These report is normal ...
But if you are experiencing irregular periods, hair fall, overweight.. I suggest you to go for PCOD test ( ultra sound of abdomen ..
And follow below rules
But avoid foods such as cauliflower, cabbage, potatoes, onions( raw) , junk foods, chocolates.
U can add wheat grass in your diet ... it maintains thyroid hormone to normal
