Get scaling and polishing done. Brush twice daily. Do warm saline rinses 3 to 4 times a day. Rinse after every meal. Maintain oral hygeine.

your gum must have got punctured by something sharp while eating. it will resolve on its on. If it pains then apply Oint Dologel

Hi.. Swollen gums is an inflammatory response that may be due to various reasons like food which got stuck between the teeth, tartar, hormonal changes.
