Hello doctors... I recently switched to keto diet which i started 6 days ago, and i think iam near to ketosis but iam experiencing yellow diahrea from yesterday.. is this a temporary symptom to diet switch and it will be gone after somtime or what!!!
Knowing that iam limiting my net carbs to 15g only a day at max!

As per me keto diet is not a good bet at this age ... You are so young your metabolisms are very high and if you are motivated you can shed down your weight very easily ... so as per me you should approach 100% diet management using a balanced diet and 100% excercise routine for a holistic approach don't seek any short cuts they are not good in long run ...
