How to reduce swelling? From last 4 days doing ice therapy but not effective that much. There is no pain in swelling area

Reasons for swelling 1.local injury 2.ligament sprain or other soft tissue sprain 3.nephrological (kidney) issue -mostly since u dint have pain on swollen area so kindly consult a MD physician or nephrologist regards and get second opinion with physiotherapist to rule out soft tissue injuries

Some times soft tissues causes inflammation, and as can be seen in attached pic, you need to visit in person for proper diagnosis of the cause to get proper treatment.
