Pain and swelling in legs
Have pain & sweeling (near ankels) in legs. It feels like it's gonna broke. And Feels low energy most of the time. I don't know where to go and what is this all about......and have very limited budget. Please, someone help me to sort this out.

Consult Orhopedic dr Check ur calcium, vit D3, levels If ur body weight id more try to reduce it, n use soft slippers Apply ice pack daily

If any acute history ankle injury or twisting do cold compression for 10 minutes 3 times in a day.. Rule out fracture...
