Swelling problem
Doctor, My mom (age 36) has swelling problem in her legs. Please suggest some exercises or diet to get rid off it.due to that her weight is also increased Earlier she was having little thyroid problem but now she is fine from that. What step should be taken for long term releif from swelling issue.

Start Physiotherapy n keep legs elevated while sitting n sleeping. Start doing exercises for legs

For swelling take hot water fermentation and do simple lower limb exs .....regarding diet take little millets in ur food regularly...take calcium rich foods properly....if u start eating little millets instead of normal rice or wheat her weight vl b maintained ... Do exercises....use MCR slipper....Ur mom vl get well soon...
