Swelling on left leg
On 10th October my father went to work from flood water after onward his left leg has got swelling and also he got fever and ometting. We went to doctor and he gave injection and used saline on 11th Oct after onward father's fever got come down. Have attached photo of leg. Pls suggest what is this? What need to done.

Nothing to do with this get immediate appointment to physician and check for blood sugar level it seems like infection and should be treated as soon as possible
