Hello sir pls suggest abt sugar..which are healthy for anyone... normal sugar sulphar free sugar less calories sugar or anything else... thanku i am waiting for your response..

Hello Sir, Sugar  provides calories like other carbohydrates . If any one takes  i any form of sugar it will add calories, even fruit sugar is also dose  the same. Simplest  idea is to reduce the amount of sugar in daily diet and it is good for  everyone's  health.

Any sugar form will be same in calories and carbohydrates. Consume less only 1- 2 teaspoon per day. Be conscious about other products like processed, bakery products, sweeted beverages etc.. Good morning, All the white sugars are not much healthy. You may take the jaggery instead of sugar or the natural unrefined sugar may also be used. The low calorie and low fat sugar can also be taken.

All white sugar should be avoided or we should take it in a very less quantity but if we are choosing among them then natural sugar or stevia is the good option.they have many health benefits as well..it has all the essential nutrients,vitamins,and minerals that are essential for the body.also stevia is known to be the best sugar for weight loss

All white sugar and other sugars( not sweeteners as these to be best avoided) should be taken only in moderation as per daily recommended dosage except for any particular medical conditions because all sugars contain calories and carbohydrates.

In sugar sulphur free sugar is best there are other alternative also available for example jaggery or Mishra. If you have sweet tooth you can reduce the intake of sugar by having sugar free (stevia or sugar free Natura etc)
