Sudden lower back and thighs pain
I bent forward to pick up something when I got a severe cramp on my lower back along with pinching pain in thighs. This episode has happened once before as well. Can it be due to some deficiency? Also what can I do to get relief as I am unable to move and how to avoid future cramp.

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
