So although its been a month doing regular exercise but my lower back pain has not improved its acute pain and it happen in a weird way, like if i bend forward to touch group i feel resistance but not pain and when i stand up again or lift my body up i feel mild to moderate pain in lower back although it subsidize on it own with second but it is been a month and i had no improvement.

Hi as you mention about your pain. It shows you have weak hip muscle. Due to that your lumber flexion reduced. As you mention exercise not helping to reduce your pain. You may need to do few superwise session with physiotherapist.

Hot pack twice a day, no heavy exercises untill pain reduces completely. Active stretching exercises only to be done.
As you said since 1month but no improvemenr in pain, visit nearest physiotherapy clinic and take ultrasound therapy for a week. the pain will reduce.
please visit nearest Physiotherapy centre , take treatment IFT, Therapeutic ULTRASOUND,
indication: please practice log rolling technique while getting up from bed , do the same thing while going to bed

Hard to understand the mechanism of pain. If the pain increases as you straighten from bending it usually hurts everytime you sit to stand.
