Lower back pain
When I am sitting for more than 1/2 hour on chair and standing can't go straight, inclined forward for a while and its paining in all lower back from left to right. I can't stand straight it seems for while

Your back pain could be due to weak back muscles or muscle spasm. How long do you have this pain? Is it radiating? Is it continuous or intermittent?
Next Steps
You should give hot water fomentation for 15-20 minutes twice a day. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. Avoid prolonged standing or sitting take breaks in between work. Avoid bending activities and weight lifting. Maintain the correct sitting posture.

There can be different reasons of pain. Need proper examination and evaluation of problem. It can be due to postural issue and alignment. It can be due to strains on muscles. Use pain'relieving gel like volini gel or diclofenac gel. Use ice pack three times a day 10 min-15min. Start doing strengthening exercises for back and stretching also.

Problem with straightening is due to stiffness. This would be due to the constant sitting. At this stage it could be a mechanical dysfunction which could be sorted with mobilization and exercises.

Mechanical low back ache could be because of wrong sitting posture
