Lower Back pain
Since last 3 days experiencing pain in right lower back it's not allowing me to stand straight. No hurt no injury pain is severe. Can not stand for more than 2 mins. In sleeping and sitting no problem. Please let some good pain relief medication

Visit physiotherapy clinic and take electrotherapy, through Ift+us therapy the pain will get reduced. After few sessions you will be suggested with exercises which you need to continue for a month. Apply ice/hot pack for 15mins twice a day avoid lo ifting of objects, maintain proper posture.

You need to visit physio therapy clinic for the application of electro modalities for pain relief. Back strengthening exercises also required. Always sit with back supported by pillow/ cushion. Avoid lifting heavy weights. At home u can use hot water bag twice a day . Apply voilini 2-3 times a day. If pain still persists further investigations required
