Lower back pain
Hello I have anxiety problem and also stomach problems like gastric and acidity problem 1 I feel little bit pain when I sit on chair and my work is for sit for long hours and but I stand up and take round for five to six times 2 sometimes I feel pain when I bend down little bending and sometimes I feel pain when I sit and do work and stand up and also feel pain when I stand for long hours 3 I don't drink or smoke and don't eat fast food or outside food 4 I take fruits and juice daily So tell me exact problem and treatment of it

I hope you doing well in your food habits, please be on the same track. The actual issue is Acute Non-Specific Lower Back pain that leads to Anxiety. Try to do exercise to get rid of the pain in your activity.

First off all you have to rule out the cause if you have anxiety then you have to need councling sessions what is the cause behind and if you have problems due to incorrect routine or posture then you need proper assessment from physiotherapist and if required some blood test or routine investigations for gastric problem

Hi for back  pain issue kindly use proper ergnomic set up fr ur work like use back support, foot rest, take frequent breaks n do stretches, avoid forward bending instead squat ,strength ur core n back muscles Fr further exercise  pls take appointment
