As u r into IT profession, maybe Ur Prolong sitting is causing compression on Ur pundendal nerve. If Ur pain is more than 2-3 wks, u use hot pack around Ur lower back muscles and buttocks, regularly get up n move around, do foam roller release of IT band and stretch front thigh muscles.
You must do some lumbar and pelvic mobility exercises like cat and camel exercise.
Then do some stretching exercises for hip flexors, pyriformis and hamstrings.
Do core strengthening- abs and gluts.
