I have lower back pain and restricted walk due to prolonged sitting for work at one place. This lower back pain does not include sciatica issues rather the muscles from adjoining region of my thigh and abdomen area to my lower back pains especially while i walk.how can i ease my muscle pain not just about my lower back but also of the adjoining muscles of under my thigh region area to abdomen?

Firstly proper diagnosis is required lower back pain
Pain .don't sit for long duration in one position.let decide physiotherapist that which muscle is involved and let plan which exercise is suitable for u .consult physiotherapist near by you.
Electro therapy and manual therapy is required in your case.

Ma'am you need to visit or get a physical therapist to treat this lower back pain.
With Electrotherapy and ulyrasound it can be reduced. and later with lba exercises lower back muscles will be strengthened.
Avoid prolonged sitting, forward or back bend, heavy lifting.
