I understand that you are facing high alterations in your mood. Sleep disturbance is often a result of underlying stressors or other triggering events which needs detailed assessment.

I understand from your narration that what you are experiencing has commenced since 1.5 years ago .I would like you to just recall what has happened exactly on the time frame. Is it even bothering you till now .If so I would request you to consult a professional to have a detailed talk on this .Sometimes we move on consciously but in our subconscious mind we are unaware of memories getting struck which makes us feel low and Empty. This results in insomnia .
