Hi. I appreciate you talking about your concern. It sounds like you're carrying a heavy load both physically and emotionally, and it's understandable that it's taking a toll on your well being. As per given information, the symptoms you're experiencing can be underlying signs of psychological issues which can be easily diagnosed by consulting a professional Psychologist for a psychometric assessment to help you with a better treatment plan. Digestive issues and palpitations could be your body's response to stress. Taking care of 2 children is as important as taking care of yourself. Seek support from a professional Psychologist for tailored made strategies to your specific needs.

Psychosomatic health issues are the ones that involve mental health conditions (like anxieties) showing up as physical symptoms. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is one such condition. On the other hand, many food items that trigger allergies (food allergies) too can manifest the symptoms that you have mentioned. Without getting into any premature conclusions on them, I would suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist doctor who is very likely to address your issues with medication. If your worries and anxiety do not go away even after that, I would suggest you to take help from a psychologist / psychiatrist to manage your anxiety issues.

I'm sorry to hear about your struggles. Anxiety can indeed manifest in various physical symptoms, including digestion issues, palpitations, and shortness of breath. One effective way to manage anxiety in the moment is through breathing exercises like box breathing or the 4-7-8 method. These techniques can help calm your nervous system and reduce physical symptoms. Additionally, journaling can be a helpful tool to process your emotions and identify triggers for your anxiety. Whenever you feel anxious, try using the notes app on your phone to jot down your thoughts. If your symptoms continue or become overwhelming, I'd recommend seeking professional help. At Mind Sculpt, we specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety. Even short-term therapy can provide you with valuable tools to cope better in the long run. All the best!
