Hi. It is a form of practice where you learn to reduce anxiety and stress. The first is to the learn what is the cause and triggers causing anxiety and stress. Once you identify your triggers, you can understand your pattern and try to work on those. Try and let go of overbearing thoughts and overthinking, sometimes more problems are in our head than in real causing anxiety. Whatever the cause maybe, you have to practice to let go. If the situations triggering stress and anxiety are too difficult to manage, speak to a trusted family member, friend or seek counselling. That can help. To live a healthy lifestyle, you have to make conscious efforts to keep your mental and physical health in control and take good care of yourself. Indulge in physical exercises, yoga, meditation, nutritious food, everything is interconnected.
