Your back pain could be due to disc lesion. What type of yoga asanas you did? You should give hot water fomentation for your back 15-20 minutes twice a day for a week. Take bed rest for three days. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you not allergic. You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance only when the pain subsides atleast by fifty percent.
