I was having slip disc since last two. years i was having leg pain on one side,now my pain settle ,i can walk and stand properly, but by this reason i gain my excess belly fat, now i want to make fit health,can i join gym and do cardio ,abdomen exercise...to make my stomach slim...

Hi u can first star basic exercise programme and some special stretching exercise, core strengthening and bascic leg exercises and stomach exercises U can start plank exercise and back stabiluzation exercises. Light runnin and jogging u can start
