Sleep is a luxury I feel , in the stressful lifestyle choices and schedules we run through daily .
One way to make sure your sleep cycle is on track is having a set routine of waking up initially it will be difficult and you might over sleep or not wake up on set time but once you start doing that automatically at night you will feel worn out .

If you dont take any major pills for medical problems ,then its fine to follow my suggestion strictly for 21 days woth any single day break.
Next Steps
1. wake up at 5.30am
2. Break fast at 8am
3. lunch at 1.30pm or before.
4. No nap is allowed in the afternoon. or only 20 mins allowed.
5. Dinner at 7.30pm and bed time at 9 or 9.30pm.
6. You may feels restless at beginning,
but still
Read a solid boring book for 15 mins,
Then try belly breathing for 6 repitation. also listen Sleep stores on mobile( You tube) consciously with out auto play fpr 20 mins.
7. Even though you get a disturbing sleep , wake up at same time prescribed.
if the suggestion is not working out,
Then you may need Psychologist consultation for Stress if any as participating factor.
and to try JPMR.

1. No alcohol, smoke or Drugs
2. No coffee
3. warm bath is allowed before going to sleep.
4. Milk can be taken.
